More than 75 guests? 75 is the included seating count, not a guest limit. Rent additional seating and discuss your layout with us.

No indoor event space. Arrange a tent and rain plan with your rental vendor.

Planning essentials

Couples provide decorations, catering, parking attendants, and cleanup. Sound equipment is not included.

Event liability insurance, including alcohol liability coverage, is required. Arrange a tent with your rental vendor for weather coverage and discuss your rain plan with us.

Friday rehearsal dinner welcome.

Grounds access from 11 AM Friday. Cabin check-in at 2 PM Friday; checkout at 11 AM Sunday. Cleanup complete by 3 PM Sunday.

Includes a one-hour rehearsal the evening before.

Payment plans & reserving your date

Monthly payment plans are available. A $750 nonrefundable deposit and signed contract reserve your date. A separate $300 damage deposit applies.
